IRONWILL Mission and Company Vision
Our vision at IRONWILL is two-fold.
We are primarily committed to providing young Canadian athletes with high-performance, top-level football coaching and training to give them the overall skills, fitness and knowledge to realize their full potential and highest excellence on the football field.
Secondly, but no less important, is our vision to provide our athletes with the confidence and unshakeable IRONWILL to achieve their goals and stay competitive both on and off the field.

We provide positions specific coaching and instruction for all positions.
The camper will improve their football intelligence by understanding the primary roles and responsibilities of all positions and the game.
We teach new football techniques and fundamentals to advanced football skills.
We have phenomenal coaches who currently play or have played at the Junior, University or professional levels.
Our camps foster teamwork, leadership and provide the camper with the confidence needed to take on and overcome challenges on the field and in the rest of their life.
FAQ
Who can attend IRONWILL FOOTBALL Performance Camps and programs?
Athletes that want to develop their overall football knowledge and skills should attend. Our programs are geared for preparing athletes for Spring camps, Provincial teams and for the football season.
What happens at the IRONWILL FOOTBALL Performance Camps?
Each camp has a series of sessions consisting of conditioning and developing specific positional skills. We also conduct Chalk Talks and provide insight for off-season and in-season training solutions.
Can my daughter attend the IRONWILL FOOTBALL Performance Camps?
Yes, your daughter can attend! IRONWILL FOOTBALL welcomes anyone who wants to develop their overall football skills and knowledge of the game.
What items should the participant bring to camp?
It depends on the season! For Indoor Camps: athletic shorts, t-shirt, running shoes and football gloves. Summer Camps: full equipment is required. You can ask your football coach or organization to use their football equipment to participate. Players are required to bring athletic shorts, T-shirt, football cleats, mouth guard and football gloves.
Is my camp T- Shirt mandatory to wear at camp?
Yes, Camp T-Shirts must be worn at all times during camp.
Is there age limitation to attend the football camp?
We welcome all players between the ages of 8- 18 years old.
What happens if a participant gets injured?
There will be at least three coaches that are certified in emergency first aid and CPR. Each participant is covered through private insurance.
How are the campers organized?
Participants will be matched with players in their age group and according to skill level.
What is the camp cancellation policy?
There is a non refundable fee – for cancellations up to one week before the beginning of camp. 65% of registration fees for camps and program is non refundable. There will be NO refund with cancellation within one week of the camp date.
Does IRONWILL FOOTBALL Performance Camps provide skills needed for college football?
All of our coaches have played university level football or higher. The instruction from coaches will prepare and inform the athlete for football at the junior and university level.
Summer Camp Late Pick Up
We understand that there may be circumstances where it is difficult to arrive to pick up your player on time. However, in order to keep your costs low, our staff has a definite “finishing” time and your registration does not cover after-hours care. If you are unable to pick up your child at the Pick Up Time that is explained in your registration package there will be an automatic fee of $20.00 for every five minutes past the Pick Up Time.
How do I register for camps and programs?
On the homepage click the camp poster or the “Register” button. All camp and program registration will take place online.
Lunch and Snacks
IRONWILL Football does not provide lunch or snacks for any of our camp programs (our week-long summer camp program or our weekend specialty camps). Players must bring their own lunch, snacks and plenty of water. Please note: this is a peanut free camp.
Summer Camp Early and Late Drop Off
Parents can sign up for early drop off and late pick up. Early drop off is one hour before the beginning of camp and late pick up is one hour after camp hours. There is a fee for this service.
Camper Drop off and Pick up
Each camper/athlete must sign in and sign out each day of our football camp programs. We cannot allow campers to leave the camp location without written consent and/or unless accompanied by a guardian.
Who coaches at the IRONWILL FOOTBALL Performance Camps?
All of our coaches have played University football or higher and have, at minimum, played junior football. We have assistant coaches who are currently playing junior or university football.

Our coaches must have on-file a clear Criminal Background Reference Check prior to coaching.
Financial Assistance
If your family could use some help enrolling your student athlete in sports programs, such as IRONWILL FOOTBALL, the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Foundation can provide financial relief to families whose kids participate in organized sports.
What to bring to camp?
The Required Equipment list depends on the type of camp or program your child is attending.
Indoor programs: shorts, t-shirt, running shoes and football gloves, lunch, water, and snacks.
Summer camps: If the summer camp is scheduled to be full contact camp, a full equipment list will be sent to each family at least 2 weeks before the program starts.
If you do not have personal football equipment (Shoulder pads, Pants, Thigh pads, Girdle, knee pads, mouth guard and helmet, etc) you can ask your football organization if you can use their football equipment to participate.
Please be sure, when using the football organizations equipment, you are supplied with the proper sized equipment, the helmet must be certified that fits correctly and that helmet has air.
If the summer camp is non-contact players will need: shorts, t-shirt, running shoes, cleats and football gloves, hat, sun screen, lunch, snack and water.
